Meet MacKenzie Zody
Dyslexia Coach and Friend
Hello, my name is MacKenzie Zody! I am a full-time college student at Abilene Christian University with a 4.0 GPA. I was diagnosed with dyslexia, ADHD, and auditory processing disability at eleven years old. I have had to work hard to get where I am today, and I would not have done it without people along the way, encouraging me. I have decided to dedicate my life and career to helping students with dyslexia navigate the education system. I want to help by encouraging your child, so that they can become tomorrow's leaders of American.
I struggled throughout my five years in the public school system because there were no resources available to help me cope with my learning disabilities. My parents pulled me out and put me into all dyslexic private school for three years. This transformed my life. I know a lot of students do not have the resources or money to do the same. That is where I come in! I want to teach your child the coping mechanism that I used to help me get through school.
My goal in life is to change the lives of dyslexics globally because I believe that they can transform the world in tremendous ways!
